Lorne Swing Bridge At Sunrise - limited edition print.  This artwork is a limited edition print of the "Lorne Swing Bridge At Sunrise" original artwork.

Lorne has been the go-to for both Tim and I since we met, 17 years ago.  Over that time out lives have changed and from taking the dog for a swim to now enjoying the waves and rock pools with Archer as he grew through his early years.  We always were drawn to the less busy north end of Lorne, right near the Swing Bridge. When staying in the town for weekends away and for some of the Great Ocean Road Marathon events, I always take the chance to watch the sunrise. This scene with the colours of the sunrise reflecting off the Erskine River brings about joy and peace for me.  After having this location on my list to paint for years it came together better then I imagined.  It was a no brainer to have her available as a limited edition print of 10.

Lorne Swing Bridge At Sunrise is all about the pink, blended with off white and sky blue to bring the sunrise and the reflections on the surf and river to life.  The vegetation is filled with the teals and ocean blues you’ll usually find in my seascapes with pops of pink, purple and burgundy.
