Loch Ard Gorge No. 3 limited edition print.  This artwork is a limited edition print of the "Loch Ard Gorge No. 3" original artwork.

Loch Ard Gorge No. 3 is a follow on from the brighter, more vibrant take on the seascape you see in no.2, compared to no. 1. I had intended to carry the purple cliffs through the series. With so much colour in the foreground running through the vegetation I swapped it to a more realistic, limestone appearance. I adore the colour palette and think the warm colours compliment the turquoise water. The perspective is from below, looking out along the sandy beach.

Inspired by Girai Wurrung Country, Loch Ard Gorge, Great Ocean Road near to the 12 Apostles and Port Campbell, Victoria, Australia.

Loch Ard Gorge No. 3 shows an array of colours from beige, sand, mustard, sienna, aqua blues, grey/blue, teal, grey, grey/green, olive green, different shades of purple and magenta.
