Description
This artwork is an original by Lauren Danger made in August 2020. It’s a follow up to the series “Up In The Clouds” taking on a new colour palette.
When it comes to painting there is a definite 2 things I love to paint over and over again. One is landscapes and the other is cloud formations. I spoke about the story behind this series in my blog here.
For Keep Calm I wanted to explore this new colour palette. I had used a similar palette in Winters Walk and I wanted to extend the palette to make a more diverse and colourful display. Of course this artwork too is inspired by the coolness of the Winter’s weather. The name has been inspired by Victoria’s second lockdown. A wise piece of advice as we all patiently wait for the second wave of Covid-19 to subside.
It would look amazing in a modern room, bringing colour and life to a neutral room or complementing colours. Colours used are an ocean blue, grey, olive green, green/gold (chartreuse green), grey/green, forest green, peach and cream. See the gallery photos for inspiration.
This artwork has been created on a custom made stretched canvas ready to hang and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This artwork has been framed in a float frame made of raw oak and is ready to hang. You can find out all about the details of my originals here.
