The "Blue Dayz" collection shares images of the Surf Coast on those balmy summer days, the best time to enjoy the Vic weather and waters.
Point Addis in Summer has been on the easel for months now, much longer than any artwork I've attempted it's that detailed. It's not just the detail that's been the hold up, the image was taken in summer last season while in the water. With a newborn the day was so mild, no wind and these colours worked wonders on my nervous system. A truly happy day with our family of 4 that I'll remember forever. I had painted this angle in water colour several times after it was taken, I just knew I wanted to see what we could do on a big canvas. It turned out better then i hoped and wish I could do it all again.
Point Addis in Summer has been created on a custom made stretched canvas ready to hang and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This artwork has been framed in a float frame made of raw oak.
