Horizon no. 1 - Original Artwork by Lauren Danger. Created in March 2025. It is the 1st of the "Horizon" series. Also available as alimited edition print
Horizon no. 1 was born from the familiar abstract landscape seen in previous series such as "Home" and "Heading Home". This time using warmer greens, chocolate browns and greyish blues. Painting with these natural colours brings a calming state of mind, something I feel translates into the art itself.
The story to these artworks is my abstract interpretation of the Otway Hills near Beech Forest where I grew up. I love that it can be up to the viewer what they see; their special place.
