Description
Teddys Lookout no. 7 – Original Artwork by Lauren Danger. Created in March 2023. It is the 6th of the “Teddys Lookout” series.
Teddys Lookout No. 7 is one of 4 original artwork in my revisit to this seascape series. Teddys Lookout series is inspired by this popular lookout high above Lorne and the St. George River in Gadubanud Country and it’s surrounds. It’s a must see as you travel along the Great Ocean Road.
The view for Teddys Lookout no. 7 comes from the images my partner Tim had taken from out visit with a drone. In last years first release of the series I never quite captured the beauty of the hills inland. The drone captured all the best parts, the river, rocks, bridge and the Hills of Gadubanud Country/Otway Ranges. My creative mind saw instantly this would suit more of an abstract piece. It had also reminded me of the flowing hills of another series, Celebration. Using the same palette of Celebration, I added magenta to give it more vibrancy. I hope you enjoy the fun and playful side of my abstract landscapes.
Teddy’s Lookout no. 7 has a mix of teal, lilac, yellow, magenta, coral pink, deep purple, yellow/green, and olive green.
