This artwork is an original by Lauren Danger made in February 2021. It’s a follow up to the series “Up In The Clouds” taking on a new colour palette.
When it comes to painting there is a definite 2 things I love to paint over and over again. One is landscapes and the other is cloud formations. I spoke about the story behind this series in my blog here.
Rain Rolls in has the formations you’ll see from previous artworks such as Keep Calm. The use of the grey/blues and turquoise is so suited to the time of the year it was created. August is always one of the coolest, most wet months in Victoria. We’ve been making the most of our time outside, between the spots of rain.
It would look amazing in a modern room, bringing colour and life to a neutral room or complementing colours. Colours used are grey/blue, grey/black, ocean blue, turquoise, peach, white and grey. This artwork has a cool/calm vibe I hope you all enjoy.
