Fishermans Beach Sunset Abstract – Original Artwork by Lauren Danger.  Created in July 2024

I always find myself wanting to loosen up from my contemporary style when I finish an artwork.  This time I wanted to get in the flow and create a few abstract seascapes.  Fisherman’s Beach (or Fisho’s) has been on the list for me to create and i thought why not try to make an abstract version.  I settled on a solid pink sky and left a lot of the intuitive markings through the water and sand and gave Yellow Bluff more details and layers.   Overall I feel the colours represent a sunset along this beach.  Fisherman’s Beach At Sunset was painted from memory from the perspective near the Sailing Club.  See the gallery photo for a reference.
