This artwork is an original by Lauren Danger made in July 2020. It’s a follow up to the series “Up In The Clouds” taking on a new colour palette.
When it comes to painting there is a definite 2 things I love to paint over and over again. One is landscapes and the other is cloud formations. I spoke about the story behind this series in my blog here.
For Breathe I wanted to explore this new colour palette. Recently I had completed a landscape commission and I saw burgundy and sienna mix nicely together. I immediately wanted to explore these 2 colours, creating a colour palette around them for an abstract clouds work. I think they put on quite a beautiful display!
It would look amazing in a modern room, bringing colour and life to a neutral room or complementing colours. See the gallery photos for inspiration.
